dt-bindings: soc: qcom: Update GLINK bindings

This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.14 'commit <67942dbf>
("Merge "net: netfilter: IRC DCC for private clients"")'.

Update the dt-bindings for the GLINK drivers from snapshot. The update
includes the bindings for the SPI and SPSS transport.
