ARM: dts: msm: Add support for CC logic chipset on QCS405

Add support to communicate and configure CC logic chipset
on QCS405. Add configuration of I2C interrupt of the
chipset connected to GPIO 35.
Also add the proper dt node to enable I2C driver
for the chipset.
Keep it disabled and enable the node depending
on the platform.
