drm/msm/dp: enable displayport interface on sm6125

Enable DisplayPort interface on sm6125. Changes to the
specific catalog sub-module to incorporate the change in
clock MN register offsets. Including the device tree
register offset change as the DT and code changes are
dependent on each other in this case.
