ARM: dts: msm: Disable Cx ipeak limit management for SA8155

Cx ipeak limit management controls CDSP and AIX subsystem clocks
in concurrency to limit overall current on Cx to under buck limit.
The feature is necessary on SM8150 while it's not needed due to
higher buck limit on SA8155. This change disables Cx limit
management for SA8155 by removing corresponding properties from
SA8155 device tree.
