ARM: dts: msm: Update sdxprairie CDP CPE 1.1 to CPE memory map V3

Update memory regions to CPE memory map V3 for sdxprairie CDP CPE 1.1.
Also ensure CDP CPE 1.1 stays inline with the latest CPE memory map.
