ARM: dts: msm: Enable coresight prng tpdm for sm8150

Add tpdm_prng device node, it is new hw for sm8150.Fix issue in
funnel_lpass_1,funnel_dl_mm1,funnel_turing_1 device config, *_1 node
is duplicated funnel.
