ARM: dts: msm: move MHI bus vote to PCIe1 node for sm8150-sdx50m 



Instead of having PCIe1 and MHI both vote for bus bandwidth,
have only PCIe1 do it. This will reduce KPI for PCIe/MHI
suspend/resume. Move MHI bus scale vote to PCIe1 node for
sm8150-sdx50m.
