ARM: dts: msm: Fix idle energy costs for sm8150

SM8150 supports 2 low power modes, but, idle energy costs
in energy-costs node has data for 4 idle states instead of
3 (1 for nr_run=0 and 2 LPMs). Fix idle energy costs by
removing excess data.
