clk: qcom: clk-cpu-osm: Correct the cpufreq supported frequency entries

All the supported frequency entries for the CPU clocks, barring
the lowest rate entry, are currently shown in terms of Hz in the
cpufreq nodes. The expected behavior however is to list all the
frequencies in terms of KHz. Implement this.
