defconfig: qcs405: Enable AR803x PHY config for Perf images

Enable AR803x PHY support for Ethernet for perf for 32 bit & 64 bit perf
Enable ptp config for 64 bit perf
Removed KS8851 as it is not needed for qcs405 for both 32 & 64 bit
