clk: qcom: Add CLK_SET_RATE_UNGATE flag for sdcc1_apps_clk_src for TRINKET

Sdcc1_apps_clk is enabled in the loader and running at 384MHz. Camera is
using 384MHz and removing their vote which is shutting down gpll6. However
eMMC probe is configuring sdcc1_apps_clk to 400KHz in its probe and RCG is
not updating its configuration since gpll6 is turned off. Hence add the
CLK_SET_RATE_UNGATE flag to enable gpll6 in set_rate.
