ARM: dts: msm: simplify shared display and multi-card configuration

Remove timing config from base display config. Preferred display mode
will be used if timing is not set.

Remove src/dst config from shared display config. Full screen mode
will be used if src/dst is not set.

Remove planes/connectors from card1. All remaining resources will be
leased to card with empty planes/connectors defined.

This change also fixes multiple cards creation failure on sa8195 due
to lack of CRTCs for card leasing.
