power: qpnp-fg-gen4: Add support to clear SOH upon first profile load

When the battery profile is loaded first time, profile integrity
word is updated with that information. Get the first profile load
status by reading bit 4 and update it to the userspace so that
SOH algorithm can clear the stored parameters.
