ARM: dts: msm: update JEITA thresholds for batteries on 8150 platforms

Update JEITA thresholds for alium battery that is used in MTP8150
and mlp466076 battery that is used in QRD8150 platforms so that
the fast charging current and float voltage can be adjusted
properly in soft JEITA (cool/warm) conditions.
