msm: pcie: add PCIe BDF to SID support for sdm855

PCIe core generates SID (stream ID) by taking client's
BDF (bus, device, function) number and doing CRC8 hash
calculation. Add support in PCIe bus driver to do the
same calculations as PCIe core.
