ARM: dts: msm: configure secondary chargers on MTP and QRD

Configure both SMB1390 and SMB1355 as secondary chargers on SM8150 MTP.

Disable SMB1355 on QRD as it is not present and keep SMB1390 as the only
secondary charger.
