ARM: dts: msm: Add dummy clocks for MSMCOBALT

Add the mmss, gcc and debug dummy clock controller support
for MSMCOBALT

Also, change the reference in the UFS driver of bb_clk1 to
ln_bb_clk1 as the bb_clk1 was a reference to a clock on 8996.
