ASoC: msm8x16-wcd: update digital mute handling on decimators 



Digital mute/unmute is applied on all decimators, irrespective
of Tx dai. All decimators are muted, if one capture use case is
closed, while the other is still active. Fix this by handling
mute/unmute only on appropriate decimators.
