defconfig: arm: msm: Enable CPU_FREQ_SWITCH_PROFILER config flag 



Enable the CPU frequency switch profiler CPU_FREQ_SWITCH_PROFILER
config flag. msm8937_defconfig is used for msm8937 target and
msmcortex_defconfig is used for msmtitanium SoC.
