ASoC: wcd9335: Update CPE FLL enable based on codec version

The FLL clock enable sequence is different for wcd9335 1.0 and higher
versions. Using existing (wcd9335 1.0) sequence will result into higher
power consumption than expected for higher codec version. Fix this by
changing the enable sequence based on codec version.
