ARM: dts: msm: Set gyro regulator as always on for mdmcalifornium CCARD

Enable the gyro/accel regulator to avoid probe failing on boot up, the
IIO driver is not able to configure the regulator properly so we need
to enable it earlier as part of regulator framework to leave enough time
for the device to initialize.
