ARM: dts: msm: Update memory map for msm8917

Memory map for msm8917 have been updated. Modem
region's size reduced to 80 MB, relocatable
region's size reduced to 24 MB where as TZ apps
size has been increased to 13 MB. Update the
same in HLOS.
