ASoC: wcd9335: Set TX HPF filter to 150Hz to avoid click and pop

Set Tx HPF(High Pass Filter) cut-off frequency to a high value
for a shorter duration to avoid any click and pop during Tx path
bringup. Change sets the HPF filter cut-off frequency to 150Hz
for a shorter duration during Tx path bringup and set the desired
cut-off frequency after the device path is up.
