msm: rpm-smd: Driver porting to use glink for data transportation

rpm-smd driver is using SMD as transportation layer to communicate
to RPM. On newer targets SMD is going to replace with new
transportation i.e glink. Porting rpm-smd driver changes to use
glink layer for transportation.
