ARM: dts: msm: Revisit GPU properties of msmtitanium

Updated the following properties:
graphics clock phandle
Init power level
Removed GPU Min SVS clock, clk_map and deep nap timer.
Added gcc_bimc_gpu_clk, Trace bus and quirks.
