ARM: dts: msm: remove sync-wait-broadcast from jdi panel

At partial update case, col_page dcs command sends to panel
even there had no frame size changed when sync-wait-broadcast
is enabled. This causes frame rate dropped. Disable sync-wait
-broadcast to bring frame rate back to normal.
