ARM: dts: msm: Add core_3_0v_support flag on sdxhedgehog dual-wifi platform

Define core_3_0v_support property on sdxhedgehog dual-wifi platforms.
If property is defined then we (indirectly) update the SDHCI_CAPABILITY
register to specify that we support 3.0v. Standard SDHCi driver relies
on this capability register and accordingly advertises supported ocr to
MMC core.

This flag is required to match with the SDIO-WLAN device OCR range.
