ARM: dts: msm: Add SDCC interrupts to bypass list

SDCC interrupts enabled are preventing the idle XO shutdown.
These interrupts are not going to fire when the device is in
XO or Vmin. Add SDCC interrupts to bypass list to allow XO or
Vmin.
