ARM: dts: msm: Vote for AHB at 300Mbps instead of 320Mbps

CNOC SVS fmax is only 37.5 Mhz which translates to 300Mbps
on AHB. Currently camera subsystem is voting for 320Mbps frequency
on AHB. This is causing CNOC to run at nominal frequency
thus leading to lot of power increase. Hence change the
AHB vote to 300Mbps for camera.
