ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Configure AANC for valid sample rates

Configure AANC(Adapative Active Noise cancellation) only when
both TX and RX sample rates are valid. Avoid sending
AANC configuration to DSP if TX or RX sample rates are invalid.
