Revert "debug-pagealloc: Panic on pagealloc corruption"

This reverts commit 022c1f36 ("debug-pagealloc:
Panic on pagealloc corruption"). Kernel panic is seen
on MSM8937 with 32 bit mode, revert this patch till
root cause is identified.
