sound: soc: msm: msm8952: remove MSM_HDMI_DBA_CODEC_RX

there is no reazon to select MSM_HDMI_DBA_CODEC_RX config
on devices that do not have the MSM_DBA config enabled

this config is enabled by default is MSM_DBA is selected
