ARM: dts: msm: Add support for GPIO based VBUS detection for APQ8009

For APQ8009 add support for GPIO based VBUS detection
using the driver gpio-usbdetect.
Change the default mode of USB from peripheral
mode to otg. Add the VBUS supply regulator which
phy-msm-usb driver enabled to drive the VBUS in
host mode.
