ARM: dts: qcom: Fix interrupt numbers for mdp and rot SMMUs on 8996

Somehow the interrupt definitions for the mdp and rot SMMUs on 8996 got
swapped.  Swap them back to ensure correct handling of SMMU context
fault interrupts for those two SMMUs.
