ARM: dts: msm: Extract out apq8009w and msm8909w memory map

We have same memory map being replicated in
multiple variants of targets which is making
maintenance and updating these maps a long
process. As we have just two variants of memory
map, one of msm8909w and other for apq8009w,
extract these out into separate dtsi file and
include this file where needed.
