ARM: dts: msm: Modify bus node for CNOC to MMSS on msm8996

The bus node for the gateway from CNOC to MMSS is marked as belonging to
MMSS NOC bus node rather than the MMSS AHB bus node. This can lead to
incorrect bus clock scaling.
