ASoC: wcd9335: Update boost gain settings for wsa8810

For wsa8810, boost gain should be set to 13.5dB in
wcd9335 codec for proper gain offset. Update boost gain
settings in the wcd9335 codec when speaker is connected
to wsa8810.
