ARM: dts: msm: enable VDD_APCC CPR aging adjustments for msm8953

Enable closed-loop aging voltage adjustments for the VDD_APCC
supply on MSM8953 boards. This feature is enabled for CPR fusing
revisions >= 3. Reduce runtime adjustable aging margin of 15 mV
from closed-loop voltages which will be added back by a maximum
of 15 mV for each corner based upon the measurements provided by
the CPR aging sensor at runtime.
