ARM: dts: msm: update ROI alignment for NT35597 cmd mode panel

Update the top and height alignment values for NT35597 command
mode panel from 64 to 128 and also update the minimum width value
to 1440 i.e. full width of the panel.
This helps in avoiding corruption seen on the display panel when
partial update for cursor use case is enabled.
