usb: dwc3-msm: Use hs phy and ss phy irq as wake up source

In case of HS and SS suspend power event irq is not generated
upon bus resume. Add ss_phy_irq and enable hs_phy_irq and
ss_phy_irq as wake up source and use power event irq only for
IN P3 detection.
