ARM: dts: msm: Remove phy_irq from usb_otg for APQ8009

On this variant of APQ8009, phy_irq is not used for
ID detection, instead ID detection is based on a
MSM GPIO.
Hence remove the incorrect phy_irq to prevent any
spurious interrupts from being triggered.
