ARM: dts: msm: Add specific FG and Charger DT config for 8909w+660

Add the following-
1. Battery profile for itech-3000mah and ascent-3450mAh
2. Enable these battery profiles for 8909w+PM660
3. Enable 'pd-no-supported' as the USB PHY does not support it
