defconfig: msmtitanium: Enable nqx nfc kernel driver

User mode applications need to communicate with the nqx nfc controller.
The driver offers a user mode interface to change modes of the nfc
controller via gpios as well as read/write functionality on the i2c bus
of msmtitanium.

Enabled the nqx nfc kernel driver in defconfig/perf_defconfig.
