ASoC: msm8996: add support for automotive sound card

Add support for automotive sound card in order to utilize the
automotive CODEC on APQ8096 based automotive platform. This
includes adding the required dai links and registering the sound
card, as well as adding support for the bring up and shutdown of
the MI2S interfaces that are used by the card.
