ARM: dts: msm: use 307.2 MHz instead of 300 MHz for VDD_APCC CPR on msm8996

Update the CPR corner frequencies corresponding to the power and
performance clusters to use 307.2 MHz in place of 300 MHz.  This
ensures that the CPR regulator device is in sync with the rates
supported by the CPU clock devices.
