ARM: dts: msm: Add clocks and regulators for camera ispif on 8996

For CPU to access ispif register additional ahb clocks
need to be enabled. Also add a list of regulator names that ispif
driver needs to access the hardware so this list can be used to
access the regulators instead of hardcoding them in the driver.
