ARM: dts: msm: Add set group buffer payload info to DT for 8996

Add set group buffer payload length and duplication frame
indicator offset to DT for 8996. CPP driver queries this
information at probe. This information is used during batch HFR to
update the output buffer address and also the frame that needs to
be duplicated.
