ARM: dts: msm: Bypass interrupts which are blocking XO shutdown for 8996 



Virtual MPM driver on APPS checks if any enabled interrupts
cannot be monitored by MPM, mark them as bypassed if they
cannot wake up APPS from XO so as to not prevent XO shutdown.
