power: smb23x-charger: Ignore USB suspend configuration

There is a possibility of failure in detecting usbin_uv events when SMB
is configured in usb_suspend configuration. Avoid this by ignoring usb
suspend configuration and using the USB100 mode instead. The USB-suspend
configuration is left enabled in sysfs path used during debugs.
While at it, also fix the ICL print value.
