ARM: dts: msm: remove touch scaling DT prop for hbtp_input for MSMGOLD

Remove the touch scaling DT properties for hbtp_input for MSMGOLD
MTP & CDP. The scaling support from 1080p to 720p is shifted to
HBTP android libs.
